How can we help?

Credits, edits, try-ons, scenes, and exports — short answers for catalog work in Picsmob.

Getting started

How do I start with free credits?

Create an account and you get 50 credits once. That is enough for still edits and a few try-ons — not a 60-credit video job.

Open the studio, upload a clear product packshot, and run a cleanup tool first (remove background or add shadow) so later steps stay clean.

What kind of photo works best?

Use a sharp, well-lit product still on a simple background when you can. Avoid heavy compression, extreme crop, or soft focus.

One strong packshot is enough to branch into cutouts, try-ons, scenes, and motion — you do not need a full shoot day to begin.

Credits & plans

How do credits work?

Every tool has a fixed credit cost. Credits are reserved when a job starts and refunded if the run fails or times out.

Credits never expire. There is no billing cycle and nothing renews, so a pack sits in your balance until you spend it.

Why can’t the free credits run a reel or 360?

Product 360 and footwear reels cost 60 credits. The free signup bonus is 50, so a trial cannot burn a generation by accident.

Buy any pack when you need motion. Stills and try-ons stay available within the 50-credit signup grant.

Which pack should I pick?

The 50 signup credits are for trying stills and a few try-ons. Mini ($9 / 200 credits) covers a single small drop, and Studio ($29 / 800 credits) is the working catalog pack for mixed edits and some video.

Brand ($79 / 2,400 credits) is for fuller catalogs and weekly drops, at the best rate per credit. Buy another pack whenever a week runs hot.

Edit tools

How does remove background work?

Upload a product still and run Remove background to get a clean cutout for listings, shadows, scenes, and try-ons.

Cost is low (1 credit) so you can iterate. Exports never carry a watermark.

What’s the difference between erase and replace?

Erase removes something from the frame and fills the area so the product still looks continuous.

Replace keeps composition and lighting but swaps a prop, label, or detail you brush — useful when one wrong object would otherwise force a reshoot.

Try-on

How do outfit and footwear try-ons work?

Start from a garment or footwear still. Try-on places the product on body or on foot so buyers see fit without a model day.

Keep a clean packshot for the listing, then generate on-body looks for PDP galleries and ads from the same source.

Can I try on accessories too?

Yes — jewelry and small goods can be placed on-body from a catalog still, same idea as outfit and footwear try-on.

Use a clear product crop and a simple source still for the cleanest placement.

Scenes & motion

How do AI scenes work?

Place a cutout into editorial or shop-ready rooms without booking a lifestyle set.

Use scenes when white catalog shots are not enough — the product identity stays consistent across backgrounds.

How do footwear reels and product 360 work?

Footwear reel turns an on-foot still into a walking clip for Reels and TikTok. Product 360 builds a spin from a catalog still.

Both cost 60 credits and need a paid plan’s headroom. Failed jobs refund credits.

Account & support

Are exports watermarked? Can I use them commercially?

Exports are clean on Free and paid plans — Picsmob does not watermark your downloads.

Commercial use is included on Studio and Brand. Keep rights to the source photos you upload.

What if a job fails?

Credits are reserved up front and refunded if the run fails or times out. You are not charged for a broken output.

Retry with a sharper still or a simpler crop if results look off. Email [email protected] if something looks stuck.
